Naanya is a set of metal coasters inspired by the tactile memory and visual language of old Indian coins. The design reinterprets their form, intricate detailing, and embossed surfaces into a functional object that carries both familiarity and depth.

The coasters are crafted using traditional metal casting techniques from Moradabad, a region known for its legacy in metalwork. Combined with embossing, this process brings out fine details, rich textures, and a sense of weight that enhances the overall material experience.

Rooted in craft yet expressed through a contemporary lens, Naanya transforms everyday utility into a refined exploration of form, texture, and heritage.
