This project challenges the conventional visual language of the beauty industry, moving away from soft pastels and predictable minimalism to create something more expressive and contemporary.
The packaging system is built around a bold yet controlled design approach. While the overall branding remains minimal, it introduces a distinctive structural idea where the word “simple” is distributed across individual pouches. When placed together, the range comes together to complete the word, turning the product line into a unified visual statement.
Typography plays a key role in this system. The letter “i” in “simple” is formed through the use of negative space, adding a subtle layer of intrigue while reinforcing the brand’s pared-back aesthetic.
This balance of minimal design with thoughtful interventions allows the brand to stand out in a category dominated by soft, repetitive visuals, creating a system that is both cohesive and quietly distinctive across packaging and digital touchpoints.
